Then vs now. 50th anniversary
Founded in 1959 in Rotterdam, partners Engelen and Heere had the vision to create a company aimed at strengthening the hospitality industry.
Engelen-Heere has thus become one of the largest refrigeration companies in the Netherlands in the 1970s.
In 1972, it was time to expand to Belgium to strengthen the hospitality industry there as well.
The 3rd generation of the Heere family has now joined the company to digitalize it and prepare it for the future.

Michel Heere
Michel is the second generation within the family business and is currently at the helm as the managing director. With a deep-rooted knowledge of the company and the sector, he has grown up alongside the business. This combination of experience, continuity, and commitment forms the basis of his leadership to this day.
Lorenzo Heere
Lorenzo represents the third generation within the family business and is actively building on the foundation laid by previous generations. With a strong entrepreneurial drive and a pronounced focus on digitalization and growth, he brings a fresh, future-oriented dynamic to the organization.
Dimitri Marcelis
Sales
Dimitri is our independent sales partner and the direct point of contact for clients in the market. With his strong commercial drive, extensive network, and results-oriented approach, he ensures active prospecting, tailored advice, and the development of sustainable customer relationships.
Chloé Bernaerts
General administration, commercial internal service, and customer accounting
Chloé is an important link in our daily operations. She combines administrative precision with a strong customer-oriented approach and ensures that quotes, orders, and accounting run smoothly and correctly. Thanks to her structured way of working and commercial sense, our clients can count on professional and efficient support.
Oriane De Carvalho
Technical administration
Oriane is responsible for technical administration and ensures smooth coordination between clients, technicians, and planning. With her organizational talent and attention to detail, she guarantees efficient follow-up of interventions and files. This contributes to fast and quality service for our clients.
Yannick Mansouri
Technical Manager
Yannick leads our technical service and guarantees quality, expertise, and reliability. With his extensive technical knowledge, he supports the team of technicians and ensures the correct diagnosis and solution for each intervention. His hands-on mentality and leadership ensure a high level of service.
Luc
Technician
Luc is an experienced technician with a strong technical background in professional catering equipment. He is responsible for installations, maintenance, and repairs, always working with an eye for quality and sustainability. Thanks to his practical knowledge and customer-oriented approach, clients can rely on fast and accurate service.
Jack
Technician
Jack strengthens our technical team with his drive and precision. He ensures smooth execution of maintenance and repairs and actively thinks along to provide sustainable solutions. His professional attitude and technical commitment make him a valuable asset within the service team.
Tom
Warehouse Worker / Driver
Tom is responsible for the efficient management of our warehouse and accurate delivery to our customers. He is in charge of receiving, checking, and shipping goods and ensures that everything is available in the right place and at the right time. His reliability and practical approach provide important support for our logistics operations.
